For tradesmen doing £100k–£750k

There are businessmen. And there are men in business.

You’re good at your trade. Nobody ever taught you the business behind it — so you’re still the one holding it up.

Sound familiar

You didn’t go self-employed for this.

Most tradesmen we speak to have all four. Usually at once.

It all runs off your phone

Quotes in WhatsApp. Schedule in your head. Nothing joins up, so things slip every week.

Busy, but skint

Twelve-hour days and the bank doesn’t show it. Pricing off gut feel, swallowing costs.

Feast or famine

Flat out one month, dead the next. No pipeline — just word of mouth and hope.

You are the business

You stop, the money stops. No holidays, no stepping back, no systems.

The shift

Tradesman to business owner.

Not about making you better at your trade. About moving you left to right.

Now

  • The whole business is in your head
  • Pricing off gut feel
  • Texts and spreadsheets
  • Chasing work week to week
  • Doing every job yourself
  • No idea what the profit is
  • Only reacting to whatever work comes in

After

  • Written down, so it doesn’t all rest on you
  • A quoting system with margin built in
  • A trade CRM tracking every job
  • Marketing that brings work in
  • A team on the tools, you on the business
  • Numbers you check weekly and trust
  • Going after the jobs that pay best and suit you

You already know it has to change. This is the order to change it in.

The roadmap

Five phases. In this order, for a reason.

Fix margins before lead flow and you just get fewer jobs at a better price.

Phase 01

Marketing and sales

Consistent work, and the right work. Website, Google, enquiries, and turning quotes into signed jobs.

Phase 02

Margins

More money from the work you already do. Proper quoting, pricing structure, no more leaks.

Phase 03

Buying your time back

Fewer hours, same money. Systems and your first hires, so it stops depending on you.

Phase 04

Scaling with control

Bigger jobs without over-stretching. Cash flow, payment terms and structure.

Phase 05

Building assets

The long game. Tax, property, and building something worth more than your day rate.

Your first step is a 90-minute one-to-one with Jamie. He goes through your business and works out what changes first, and in what order.

He built a contracting business from nothing to £2m in 18 months with no trade background — so he learned the business side first and the trade second. That’s why he can spot what you’re missing. And he’s still running it, so what he teaches you is what he’s doing this week.

Included

One programme. No tiers, no upsells.

Lifetime access to the material. Minimum twelve months’ coaching alongside it.

  • 90-minute deep dive with Jamie — your starting point and priority order
  • A written Business Growth Plan — yours, not a template
  • Ongoing coaching calls — group sessions plus direct access to Jamie
  • Full CRM setup and training — Tradify — jobs, quotes, scheduling and invoicing in one place
  • Quoting and pricing templates — Bill of Quantities, margin built in, professional cover pages
  • The outreach system — email templates, scripts, and the process for winning contracts
  • Scaling roadmap — 1 van to 10+, hiring, van economics, delegation
  • Cash flow and invoice finance — how to get paid up front instead of waiting on 90-day terms
  • Tax and business structure — keeping more of what you actually make
  • Property investment education — a 1–5 year plan alongside the contracting business Optional
  • The full training library — every system walked through on video, yours for life
  • The community — other trades owners, same phases

Your numbers

Why this pays for itself almost immediately.

Put in two numbers. We’ll do the rest.

What you turn over now £216,000
With 2 more jobs a month £288,000
And charging 10% more £316,800
That’s an extra
£100,800

a year. And you already knew you should be charging more — every tradesman does. Knowing it was never the problem.

Go in 10% higher with the same quote and the same follow-up and you lose the job. So you go back in cheap, because you can’t afford an empty week.

Phase 1 gets enough work in that you can afford to lose one. Phase 2 makes the higher price get said yes to. That order, every time.

Go through your numbers with us

Your own numbers, multiplied out. Not a promise of what you’ll earn.

Don’t take our word for it.

“It’s really important to have a mentor — you’re learning from someone else’s mistakes, and you’re learning off someone who’s really successful. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the trade.”

“Honestly, I’ve gotten such incredible value from this course in such a short space of time, and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Both Jaimie and Jack have given me so much value already. From my initial onboarding call, they were able to identify exactly where I was going wrong, what I needed to change, and, most importantly, what I needed to focus on to get me to where I want to be.

I’m only two weeks into the course and the results so far have honestly blown me away. Before joining, I was mainly bidding on smaller jobs. Now I’m bidding on £1 million+ projects — something I genuinely wouldn’t have believed I could be doing this quickly.

The level of knowledge, guidance and support these guys provide is next level. They don’t just give you information; they actually help you identify what’s holding you back and give you the direction and support to move forward.

If you’re sitting on the fence about joining, just go for it. If you’re serious about taking your business to the next level, these guys will give you the support and accountability you need.

5 stars from me — highly recommended!”

Individual results, not typical. What any member achieves depends on their trade, their market and the work they put in.

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

Do you supply me with work?
No, and we’d rather be straight about it. We build your ability to win your own work, at better prices. If something comes up that suits a member we’ll mention it — but that’s a bonus, not the offer.
I’m doing somewhere between £100k and £750k. Is this for me?
Exactly who this is built for. Good at the work, decent money coming in, but no systems underneath it and everything still running through you.
What trade do I need to be in?
Any of them. Electricians, plumbers, plasterers, joiners, groundworkers and builders are all in. Your trade changes what you sell, not how quoting, marketing and cash flow work.
Is this a course, or a subscription?
Neither. One payment, lifetime access, minimum twelve months working with us directly. No monthly fee, and nothing switches off if you go quiet.
I’m flat out already. Where do I find the time?
That’s the problem we’re solving, so we don’t add a second job on top. Calls fit round your work, and we set the priorities so it’s one thing at a time.
What happens after the twelve months?
You keep the material for life, and in practice we carry on well past twelve months. Twelve is the minimum in writing, not the day we stop answering the phone.

Stop winging it.
